She is passionate about bringing data to life, informing business strategies and transformational initiatives, and leading organizations and teams to enable the use of analytics and data to add value to the business and uncover sustainable solutions. She has helped forge partnerships across functional boundaries, leveraging deep expertise in analytics, activation, and continuous improvement to engage stakeholders, elicit project commitment, and fuel a shared hunger for goal attainment. In her current role, she is also responsible for developing and building high-performance teams, leading large groups in managing multimillion-dollar project portfolios, executing hundreds of initiatives every year, and driving the achievement of mission-critical enterprise priorities.

Jasmine de Gaia is a Global Product, Strategy, Data and Technology Executive in Banking and Financial Services. A visionary, strategic leader, she has over 20 years of experience building high impact, large-scale product, transformation and technology organizations. Currently, Ms. de Gaia is Head of Customer Data Strategy at Wells Fargo, where she leads a global organization of senior professionals to leverage the power of data and technology to drive innovation, lead change, and transform the customer experience. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. de Gaia was Executive Director of Transformation at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where she led a global organization of senior business, product and technology professionals to implement an innovative vision to transform the Chase customer experience. Prior to joining Chase, she led digital transformation and products from Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley tech start ups. Her digital technology leadership has been called “world class”, has won industry awards including “Product of the Year”, and currently has multiple U.S. Patents pending. She has been recognized as a Woman of Influence by Columbus Business First and is a thought leader and frequent speaker. Ms. de Gaia is currently a Board Member for the OSU Center for Innovation Strategies and the Board of The PAST Foundation, a global STEM education organization. She’s also an Editorial Board Member of Chief Data Officer Magazine. Previously, she was President and Board Member for the Silicon Valley Product Management Association. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from Stanford University.
