Priscilla's interest in Information Technology began during her childhood when she received her first certificate in the field. Since then, she has never stopped learning and has worked in a variety of user-facing roles, including project management, solutions architecture, and developer relations. Throughout her career, Priscilla has collaborated closely with diverse organizations across various industries and regions, has co-authored a book and presented at both technical and business conferences. Today, she represents Elastic in the Americas, engaging with developers, understanding their needs, and planning and managing content and programs to enhance their experience.
