Over a 20 year career, Lakshmi has spent time working across multiple verticals through out her career. Although my career has toggled between various industries, these days I spend most of my time working on improving Supply Chain Operations with data & AI. Currently I spend my time leading Limoneira company's Data and Analytics program; enabling our business team in their missions by strategizing, scoping, delivering their data platforms with technologies such Power BI, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Fabric and Power Platform. I'm the current Los Angeles chapter lead for Women in Data , where I host meetups and foster community. When I'm not doing data, you will most likely find me baking in my kitchen.
