Sadie St Lawrence is the Principle of SSL Innovations and Founder and CEO of Women in Data. Women in Data is an international non-profit organization with representation in 55 countries and a community of 40,000+ data leaders, practitioners, and citizens. Women in Data has been named a Top 50 Leading Company of The Year, and has been rated as the #1 community for Women in AI and Tech. Prior to founding SSL Innovations and Women in Data, Sadie worked in data science and AI strategy, consulting for healthcare, high tech, and government organizations. She has trained over 450,000 people in data science, along with developing multiple programs in machine learning. Sadie has been awarded, Top 30 Women in AI (2022) top 10 Most Admired Businesswomen to Watch in 2021, Top 21 Influencer in Data (2021), Top 30 Most Inspiring Women in AI (2021) and is the recipient of the Outstanding Service Award from UC Davis (2019). In addition, she serves on multiple start-up and nonprofit boards, and is the host of the Data Bytes podcast.

Shuchi brings 20 years of Silicon Valley and Cross-border experience in various sectors, with a focus on Technology and Impact. She is currently the Global Head of Whitespace Intelligence at ServiceNow. Shuchi has previously served as the GM for VentureBeat Transform and as the Head of GTM for HeadSpin, a google backed startup. Prior to that she was the Head of SAP.iO Foundry at SAP, a strategic program that invests in and accelerates Enterprise Software Startups. In her role she helped enterprise startups go to market with SAP and some of SAP’s largest customers with their digital transformation. In her previous roles she has led operations, funding diligence & M&A for startups. Over the course of her career, she has worked with great entrepreneurs and mentored and advised Startups out of Startup Weekend, Women 2.0, Founder Labs, Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, and others. She is a big advocate of anti-recidivism, inclusion and has worked with the likes of UCLA, Anti-Recidivism Coalition, and the Tech/Startup ecosystems to create opportunities for at-risk and underserved communities. She was named a Digital Leader by the United Nations Foundation.

Monique Brown is Cofounder and Managing Director at The Growth Factory, a startup accelerator with an accompanying venture fund on a mission to unleash the potential of world class founders, scale impactful companies, and create a thriving entrepreneurial culture in the Greater Sacramento region. She also serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at Sierra College and is on the board for Teach for America Capital Valley Region. She holds a B.A. from American University in International Relations, Sustainable Development. Outside of work, Monique loves to plan adventures and spend time with her 5 amazing daughters.

In the last six years, Ashley has built the financial strategy and back office for a growing venture capital fund manager. Ashley is also a Board Member for a seed stage venture company and NASDAQ-listed company.
