Angelica "Jelly" Spratley is a data scientist and educator with over six years of experience in the data field and nearly a decade in education, encompassing teaching, curriculum design, and instructional development. Currently, as the Manager of Academic Data & Assessment for KIPP NC, she leverages data-driven insights to enhance student success outcomes across the region's charter schools.

A career highlight includes her contribution to the curriculum design of Google’s “Data Analytics Professional” course on Coursera, demonstrating her commitment to data accessibility. Angelica also serves as a Senior Instructional Designer, developing a Data Analytics fellowship program for underestimated young adults, integrating technical skills, leadership development, and professional training.

Her diverse background includes consulting in pharmaceutical marketing and higher education resource allocation, where she cultivated expertise in SQL, Python, Tableau, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Beyond her professional endeavors, Angelica actively shares her knowledge through hackathons, podcasts like Women in Analytics and DataCamp, and her YouTube channel, “Learning with Jelly.” In her leisure time, she enjoys designing "Data Nerd" merchandise (Jelly's Geeky Goods on Etsy) and planning trips to Disney World.

Joyce Myers

Ms. Joyce Myers is the MTSI Chief Data Officer.  Ms. Myers was the Data Management Lead for the Army’s Enterprise Business Systems-Convergence 2022-2023. Before retiring as a civilian, she was the Chief Data & Analytics Officer for the United States Army Aviation and Missile Command from 2020-2022 where she established the Data program addressing data management, data literacy & digital transformation. She was the AMCOM Secretary of the General Staff from 2018-2020. Previously, she served as the division chief at the Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) from 2010-2018. She retired from the Army in 2004 and supported Army contracts 2005-2010. Ms. Myers has an AS, Structural Engineering, BS, Business Administration, and a MS in Education. She is Enterprise Data Management Council Data Capability Assessment Model (DCAM) and Data Literacy- Mentor Certified.  Ms. Myers is currently the Chapter Lead, Huntsville Women in Data Chapter.
